1. Why is it important
to become a member of the InfraGard Coastal Empire Chapter?
Cybercrime effects everyone in every location and thru almost
every medium that transits information. From the individual
at home working off of their dialin modem/cable modem/DSL
connection/satellite system, to the educational institutions,
to the organizations in your community, to the local/regional/national/international
businesses that are both private and publically traded, vulnerability
to attack on your private information or your company/organization's
data is a growing concern. Knowing what the issues are, how
to prevent them, and staying connected to an organization
that can network you with people who have the right answers
is a critical aspect of ensuring that you and your business
are safe in today's interconnected, and hackable world.
2. What does it take to become a member of
the InfraGard Coastal Empire Chapter?
Just go to the MEMBERSHIP page, fill out the online information
form, and our MEMBERSHIP committee will send you the latest
InfraGard forms. Once recieved, a background check will be
applied, and your membership information packet will be sent
to you shortly thereafter.
3. What are the benefits
to being a corporate or individual sponsor of the InfraGard
Coastal Empire Chapter?
The benefits to becoming a sponsor is that you or your company
will have the opportunity to have their logo/link on the chapter
website. The Sponsors will also gain access to a targeted
audience that has a specific need for the products or service
that they offer. Lastly, the Sponsors will enhance corporate
good will and receive gratitude for sponsoring the chapter.
Fees associated with Sponsorship are $1,000 per underwriter
per 12-month period.
4. How can either myself
or my company become a sponsor of the local chapter?
All you need to do is either contact the Chapter Treasurer,
or eMail us at sponsorship@infragardcoastalempire.org.
We'll get back in touch with you straight away.
5. Our
organization or company would like to have someone come speak
